Anime North is around the corner

As I'm sure all (or most) of you know, Anime North is at the end of the month. Normally I would be very excited to see celebrity guests, go to panels, cosplay, and hang out with friends. This year is a little bit different.
I will not be buying tickets to enter within the buildings of AN. Instead, I will be outside the entire time I'm there, doing cosplay photography. Now that I've taken a few photography courses, I can take pictures worthy of people's lovely costumes~<3
I will also be cosplaying something simple just for fun, since I love to dress up.

Alright, so today was the orientation for my first year at college. Taking Journalism allows me to be social and combine my hobbies with my work, as well as learn new things from new people. I'm hoping to eventually combine my love of Japanese culture with my work someday ^.^
As well as school, the Oshawa based Ochiba~Con is coming up! At the end of the month, this brand new convention shall make is grand debut. I'm very excited, because not only is it based in my home town, but I'm on staff running not only my own department, but a few events as well! hahaha no kidding - its really awkward when people ask what you're humming and you have to say things like "Beautiful Stranger" or "Grace for sale" and then explain the lyric they caught you singing! but also awesome I think ive managed to convert a few people <3
